Each session typically lasts 50 minutes and provides a safe, collaborative space to focus on your unique needs and goals. I use Socratic questioning to facilitate deeper self-reflection and insight, while incorporating techniques such as mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you connect with your inner strengths. Together, we'll work toward achieving clarity, healing, and actionable steps for your personal growth. I also offer shorter check-in sessions ranging from 20 to 40 minutes if you need a brief touchpoint or support between longer sessions.
